SavixRFP processes the documents you provide to extract content, retrieve relevant information, draft answers, and check source evidence. AI and document-processing providers can be involved. The Privacy Policy explains these practices and the applicable retention boundaries.
Free-tool upload retention
Successfully processed free-tool uploads are stored for up to 30 days so they can be attached to an RFP project. Unclaimed uploads are deleted automatically; claimed content follows the account's Customer Content rules. Do not use the free tool for regulated or highly confidential material.
Model training and provider retention
Uploaded content is not used to train AI models. Provider business API terms may permit retention of inputs and outputs for up to 30 days. Do not assume that a no-training policy also means zero retention.
Human approval remains essential
Source evidence and verification signals help your team review response claims. Have an accountable expert confirm the scope, facts, and commitments before approval.
Review the current policies
Need a specific certification, data location, or contractual commitment? Share your requirements with us before uploading regulated information. This overview describes data handling; it does not establish certification or suitability for every data category. See how answer evidence review works.
Use public or approved sample documents that do not contain unnecessary personal data, client secrets, or restricted information. Check your organization's upload rules first.
What if we need a specific security or contractual commitment?
Contact Savix before uploading. Describe the data category, required agreements, retention requirements, and any location restrictions so those needs can be assessed explicitly.
Is verification a substitute for a security review?
No. Evidence verification reviews response claims against source material. It is not an independent security assessment or a certification of your company or Savix.
