Side-by-side comparison

Compare drafting, source evidence, and pricing
Monthly seats and project-based pricing

Consider SavixRFP if
You are evaluating a focused workspace for a lean team and want published monthly options. Your priority is to draft from company knowledge, review source quotes and conflicts, and bring experts into the answer process.
See the evidence workflow →Consider AutoRFP.ai if
You need broad contributor access and can forecast annual project volume. AutoRFP.ai's unlimited-user, project-based package may fit that collaboration model, subject to a review of the full contract and included integrations.
The unit being sold matters. A per-seat price, a flat team price, and an annual project allowance cannot be compared fairly by lining up monthly numbers alone. Estimate your contributor count and project volume, then test whether the plan includes the workflow you need.

Pricing and what is included
Scale: $899/month paid yearly, including 24 projects/year and unlimited users.

Three tests to run before choosing
Model your actual project count
List the opportunities, follow-up requests, and amendments from a representative period. Ask how the vendor counts them against capacity, especially when a buyer splits a process into multiple questionnaires.
Invite occasional contributors
Include an expert who only reviews a few questions each quarter. Test assignment, access, context, and approval. Unlimited access is useful only if the occasional contributor can complete their task.
Compare an uncertain answer
Use one ambiguous requirement and conflicting source documents. Check the draft, the evidence presented to reviewers, and the effort required to produce an approved answer. Use the same success criteria for both products.
If you are considering a switch
Before replacing an annual platform, review renewal dates and export rights. Pilot an authorized copy of one completed RFP in the new workflow before moving active opportunities. Keep the original evidence and final submitted version available during the transition.
Use the knowledge-base preparation guide to organize current sources, and the answer-verification checklist to assess the pilot. Do not upload confidential buyer material into a new platform until your organization has approved the data-handling terms.
