Source connections and answer verification

Consider SavixRFP if
You want a response-focused workspace where your team can draft from uploaded documents and reusable Q&A, inspect supporting quotes and conflicting facts, and review unsupported specifics before finalizing an answer.
See the evidence workflow →Consider Arphie if
Live connections to distributed company knowledge are a primary requirement. Arphie's source connections, citations, and confidence information make it a relevant candidate for teams managing information across multiple repositories.
A citation can point to a relevant document without proving every sentence in the draft. Test the exact wording, not just whether a link exists. Also test what happens when a source changes or contradicts another source; the reviewer's ability to resolve that situation matters more than a confidence label alone.

Pricing and what is included
Request a quote; no dollar list price on the reviewed product pages.
USD reference prices reviewed October 7, 2026. Packages, capacity, billing terms, implementation, and support differ. These figures do not establish a like-for-like savings claim. Confirm the current offer before purchasing.
Three tests to run before choosing
Test a partially supported statement
Give both products a source that supports the feature but not the numeric claim in a draft. Can the reviewer distinguish the supported capability from the unsupported number? Do not accept a relevant-looking citation as a complete pass.
Change a source after the first draft
Update an approved fact, then repeat the question. Record how the change becomes available and whether existing responses need an explicit refresh. Confirm actual connector behavior during the demonstration.
Add conflicting product scope
Use sources for two editions or regions with different capabilities. Check whether the draft preserves the correct scope and whether a reviewer can find the conflicting evidence without searching every document manually.
If you are considering a switch
Before moving knowledge from another product, identify the authoritative repository and the permissions attached to each source. Import a representative subset into the proposed workflow and test freshness and access. Do not assume that a citation, confidence score, or historical answer will migrate with its original meaning.
Use the knowledge-base preparation guide to organize current sources, and the answer-verification checklist to assess the pilot. Do not upload confidential buyer material into a new platform until your organization has approved the data-handling terms.
