RFP software comparison
SavixRFP vs 1up
SavixRFP keeps RFP questions, drafts, and source evidence in a response project. 1up also brings company answers into chat and browser tools. Compare the questionnaire capacity and review process with the way your team works.

RFP projects and answers in everyday tools

Consider SavixRFP if
The proposal itself is the center of the work. You want to draft from company documents, keep source evidence near the answer, assign review, and prepare a response export with your team's approval.
See the evidence workflow →Consider 1up if
The same knowledge needs to support questions in chat and browser workflows as well as formal questionnaires. 1up's published workplace plugins and capacity-based questionnaire plans are useful points to evaluate.
Unlimited answers and unlimited questionnaire projects are not the same thing. Identify the task you are buying: a short employee knowledge answer, a completed buyer questionnaire, or a customer-facing answer experience. Then compare the relevant product package.
Compare the features
| Evaluation area | SavixRFP | 1up |
|---|---|---|
| Primary evaluation | Formal response drafting, evidence inspection, and review. | Questionnaire automation plus workplace knowledge access. |
| Reviewer task | Check source quotes, conflicts, and unsupported specifics before approval. | Test source grounding and expert handoff in the channels you intend to use. |
| Access needs | Confirm your team membership and required workflow. | Check administrator limits separately from general user access. |
| Capacity question | Confirm the selected plan and your intended RFP workload. | Check questionnaire allowance, knowledge limits, and the separate MCP package. |
This table covers the features most relevant to this comparison. Confirm any other requirements with each vendor before choosing a plan.
Pricing and what is included
Starter: $300/month for 1 questionnaire/month. Plus: $900/month for 6. Separate MCP pricing.
USD reference prices reviewed October 7, 2026. Packages, capacity, billing terms, implementation, and support differ. These figures do not establish a like-for-like savings claim. Confirm the current offer before purchasing.
Three tests to run before choosing
Ask the same question in two contexts
Compare a quick internal product question with a formal RFP answer requiring evidence and qualifications. Determine whether the team needs one shared answer experience or a distinct review process for submissions.
Use a browser-based questionnaire
If portal work matters, demonstrate the actual permitted portal fields and the reviewer handoff. Check the manual steps and handling of long answers rather than inferring portal support from a browser-extension label.
Map a busy month
Count formal questionnaires, knowledge files, administrators, and occasional users. Price that workload explicitly. Do not compare an entry-level MCP fee with a full questionnaire workspace subscription.
If you are considering a switch
Document where your current answers are used before switching. Replacing a formal response tool does not automatically replace a chat knowledge workflow. Test the required channels and retain approved answer context so the change does not create a second, inconsistent source of truth.
Use the knowledge-base preparation guide to organize current sources, and the answer-verification checklist to assess the pilot. Do not upload confidential buyer material into a new platform until your organization has approved the data-handling terms.

Recommendations and pilot scenarios are our editorial assessment, not results from a head-to-head product benchmark. We do not infer missing features from missing documentation.
